Fees and Payment

Fees for professional services will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in engagement letters or service agreements. Payment terms will be specified in the relevant agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment of fees. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SysNova or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
